I was very happy with my experience training with McCray Fitness Systems. To be honest, there isn’t one part of his service that I would have him stop doing or change. I love how Nick specialized my program and each training session to the unique individual needs of my own body. I think there are lots of personal trainers out there, and one of the differences between each is the relationship we build with them. Nick is very friendly and understanding, and the fact that he was friendly with my friends and colleagues at the gym was a big bonus.
My goals when I began were to get healthier, move better, and become stronger. After training with McCray Fitness Systems, I achieved the highest level of strength I have ever had in my life after only two weekly sessions for three months. I learned how to properly and safely lift weights and perform tons of exercises that I did wrong or didn’t know about previously. I only stopped training with McCray Fitness Systems because I had to move out of country for work. I highly recommend Nick of McCray Fitness Systems to anybody.
